Role & responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production activities in the Weaving and Spinning departments.
Monitor production targets, machine performance and product quality.
Manage manpower and shift activities effectively.
Ensure proper machine operation and minimize downtime and wastage.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores and Production Planning teams.
Maintain production records and shift reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping and 5S standards.
Identify production issues and support corrective actions.
Train and guide operators and workers.
Support the Production Manager in achieving production and quality targets.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Textile Technology or relevant qualification.
Freshers can apply.




Candidates with experience in Spinning / Weaving / Textile Manufacturing will be preferred.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage production activities.
