Role : Project Director - Civil (General Management services for railway projects) Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day civil works management and supervision on site.
Oversee construction supervision, progress monitoring and quality assurance.
Handle measurement & payment certification.
Coordinate with contractors and supports change management/claims resolution.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and safety norms for civil packages.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate Degree in civil engineering
12 Years Experience in construction industry including railways/highways
Retired railway/railway PSUs personnel with minimum 12 years’ experience in railways (civil engineers) with at least 3 years’ service in Junior administrative grades can be considered
Valuable in communication Skills: projects,civil engineers,construction
