Role & responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production activities as per the production plan.
Ensure achievement of daily and monthly production targets .
Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet production requirements.
Monitor production processes and minimize downtime.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower.
Ensure production activities are carried out as per quality standards and work instructions.
Coordinate with the Quality Department to resolve quality issues.
Identify and reduce rejection, rework, and process defects.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and company policies.
