Role & responsibilities
Effective operation of Glass bottle line, CAN line, Keg Line to ensure that products are produced to the quality and cost requirements of the users and the standards set by the company
Ensure the availability of spares/consumables for packaging machinery & raise indent on time and within budget.
Collection of accurate performance data (Line efficiency, Packaging material loss) and monitoring the same.
Implementation of ideas to improve the performance.
Implementation of the Manufacturing excellence system.
SOPs and Safety procedures, related to packaging, should be implemented and documented on time
Creation of Preventive Maintenance check sheet and implementation of same




Preparation and maintenance of machine History cards & predictive maintenance system to improve machine availability time.
Maintain Valuable House Keeping practices at the packaging hall and follow 5S(Shine, Sort, Standardize, sustain, simplify)
Mentor and Coach the shift teams.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
3 - 4 years of experience
Knowledge Of Bottling Line, CAN Line and Keg Line
Computer & SAP literate
Analytic problem solver
Industry HSE Knowledge
Must know local language
