Role & responsibilities :

Senior Test Automation Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years
5+ years of extensive experience in Software Testing and Test Automation experience.
Robust expertise in designing, developing, executing, and maintaining enterprise-level test automation frameworks and release-level regression test suites using Unified Functional Testing.
Hands-on experience in performance and load testing, including test planning, script development, execution, analysis, and performance tuning recommendations.
Proven knowledge of software testing methodologies, test planning, test case design, automation best practices, and quality assurance processes.
Robust understanding of Banking, Financial Services, Logistics, and Insurance business processes, enabling effective validation of complex business requirements.
Experienced in working with Oracle Database and Microsoft SQL Server, including writing and executing SQL queries for test data validation, backend testing, and defect analysis.
Proficient in defect tracking, test management, and project collaboration tools such as JIRA, HP ALM,



and Azure DevOps (VSTS).
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Skilled in defect lifecycle management, root cause analysis, test execution reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a strong focus on delivering high-quality software solutions in rapid-paced environments.
Collaborates effectively with business analysts, developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and continuous quality improvement.
