Job Summary

Own end-to-end Odoo project delivery - planning, sprint cadence, risk management, resourcing, and executive reporting. Youll translate client business processes into Odoo configurations and lead cross-functional Odoo experts through implementation.

Responsibilities
Build and run detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports
Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews with the technical team
Identify project risks and own mitigation plans
Map end-user requirements to standard Odoo functionality; oversee configuration, integrations, training, and supplier setup
Present executive summaries and recommendations to senior management

Requirements
Functional depth across Supply Chain, Logistics,



Procurement, Inventory, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Accounting
Robust leadership, conflict-management, and stress-handling under tight timelines
Risk-management understanding; excellent written + verbal communication
PMP / PRINCE2 a plus
