Supervise day-to-day sorting and grading operations.Ensure daily production targets are achieved according to the plan.
Ensure labour attendance, deployment, productivity and discipline.Ensure optimum manpower utilization.
Train workers on sorting, grading, quality, hygiene and safety procedures.Monitor product quality and ensure proper segregation as per grading parameters.
Minimize material wastage, rejection, spillage and production losses.
Coordinate with QC, maintenance and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Maintain daily production, manpower and rejection/wastage records.
Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene and safety standards on the shop floor.
Identify operational issues and take corrective action/escalate to management.

Qualification - Diploma In Food Technology Proficient in Advance excel.
