Role & responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.
Manage manpower, shifts, and production line operations.
Monitor machinery, production processes, quality, and output.
Ensure FSSAI, hygiene, and safety compliance.
Control wastage, downtime, rejection, and raw material usage.
Maintain production reports and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance & Stores teams.
Preferred candidate profile:
Gender: Female
Experience: 13 Years
