Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with Civil, Structural, MEP and other project teams.
Monitor project progress, quality and site execution.
Review drawings, BOQ and technical documents.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors and consultants.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Monitor materials, manpower and site resources.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project records.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and project timelines.
