Engage in the cross divisional quality audits to identify any non-compliance to standards.
Identify and lead small scale Cl projects in process.
Engage with the plant operations for designing and sustaining a defect free process.
Ensure stoppage of production if process parameter deviations are recurrent and resulting in defective products. Get involved in the RCA process for any quality deviations and devise a preventive action plan.
Prepare a monthly quality tracker for the plant.
