About the Role

Eglu Smart Homes is a premium residential smart home and lighting company. As the first point of contact for clients, architects, and visitors at our experience centre, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a polished first impression that matches the premium nature of our brand.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome walk-in clients, architects, interior designers, and vendors; ensure they are attended to promptly and comfortably
Handle incoming calls, take accurate messages, and route enquiries to the right team member
Manage the front desk and reception area — keep it clean, organised, and presentation-ready at all times
Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings
Handle basic client enquiries about the company's offerings and connect them with the sales team





Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Positive command of spoken and written English — this is essential, as the role involves daily interaction with premium clientele
Working knowledge of Kannada and/or Hindi is an added advantage
Well-groomed, professional appearance and pleasant, confident
Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email
Organised, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
Should be comfortable working on Saturdays and Sundays, as the experience centre is active through the weekend

Preferred
Prior experience in front office, hospitality, retail, or a customer-facing role
Exposure to a premium/luxury brand environment
