We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production Engineer to join our telecommunications team. The successful candidate will assist in the production, testing, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment and systems, ensuring high-quality and productive operations. Assist in the assembly and testing of telecommunications equipment.
Monitor production processes to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
Conduct routine inspections and testing of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Document and report any deviations or defects in the production process.




Suggest and implement improvements to production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to optimize production workflows.
Support the maintenance and repair of telecommunications equipment and infrastructure.
Perform routine maintenance checks and assist in resolving equipment malfunctions.
Work closely with senior engineers, production teams, and other departments to coordinate production activities.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates and report issues.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
