We are seeking a Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and manpower.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
Monitor machine operations and production processes.
Ensure quality and minimize material wastage.
Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Stores and Dispatch teams.
Maintain production and shift reports.
Ensure safety and discipline on the shop floor.
Handle and guide production operators and workers.
Identify and resolve production-related issues.

Requirements:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
3–6 years of experience in production.
Experience in Steel Processing / Steel Plant / Manufacturing is preferred.
Valuable manpower handling and communication skills.
Willing to work in shifts,

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
