Job Title: Project Engineer Defence & Manufacturing

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the planning and execution of defence and engineering projects. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring project schedules, managing procurement activities, ensuring cost and quality requirements are met, and coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.
Prepare project plans, organize kick-off meetings, and monitor project milestones and progress.
Coordinate with design, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and other internal teams for smooth project execution.
Manage ERP-based project operations, including PPO processing, gate pass management, subcontractor invoicing, and outbound logistics.
Consolidate BOM requirements and coordinate with the Supply Chain team for timely placement of POs and receipt of required materials/kits.
Track project dependencies, identify issues,



and support timely resolution to maintain schedule adherence.
Coordinate with customers, defence organizations, government departments, and vendors as required.
Manage vendor coordination to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials/services.
Support project cost control, quality assurance, and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour, environmental, safety, and information security requirements.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.

Preferred Experience
