Role Purpose The Design Stage Auditor is responsible for monitoring and auditing key design-stage process checkpoints to ensure compliance with company standards. This role focuses on tracking, follow-ups, and reporting, without involvement in execution or ownership of the audited activities.
Key Responsibilities
10% Design Advance Collection Audit
Review projects with pending 10% design advance payments
Track cases exceeding the defined timeline (10 days)
Follow up with relevant stakeholders for updates
Maintain pending tracker and closure reports
Escalate long-pending cases to the reporting manager
Scope Freeze Meeting Audit
Verify completion of Scope Freeze Meetings before D2F submission
Check availability of meeting records or confirmations
Track pending meetings and follow up with Interior Designers
Ensure timely closure of pending cases
D2F Documentation Audit
Verify completeness of mandatory D2F documents
Identify missing documents and highlight gaps
Report findings to Reporting Manager and Team Leader
Track and ensure closure of identified issues
Client Communication Audit
Verify creation of client WhatsApp groups
Ensure design schedules are shared with clients
Maintain compliance records for communication processes
Provide regular updates to the Reporting Manager

Scope Freeze Compliance
D2F Documentation Audit
Client Communication Compliance
Share a consolidated weekly report with the Design Manager
Escalation
Escalate non-compliant cases beyond the defined timeline to the Design Manager

Accuracy in audit tracking
Timely follow-ups on pending cases
Consistent weekly report submission
Effective closure tracking
Adherence to escalation protocols
