Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production In-Charge with robust hands-on expertise in metallic expansion bellows and flexible hose manufacturing to independently manage production operations, manpower, materials, quality, and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete production of metallic expansion bellows & adaptable hoses.
Plan production schedules and ensure timely order completion.
Handle forming, welding, fabrication, assembly, and testing processes.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and material specifications.
Manage manpower, material consumption, WIP, and machine utilization.
Coordinate with Design, Quality, Purchase, and Stores teams.
Control rejection, rework, wastage, and production bottlenecks.




Ensure compliance with quality, SOP, and safety requirements.

Required Experience:

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in metallic expansion bellows and flexible hose manufacturing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
