Supervise day-to-day rubber moulding production activities and manpower.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Monitor moulding machines, process parameters, and material usage.
Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth production.
Maintain production records and report daily production status to management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
