Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering or related field

Key Responsibilities
Perform Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection of components and finished products.
Inspect fabrication parts for dimensional accuracy and workmanship.
Perform weld quality inspection and identify welding-related defects.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and specifications.
Conduct dimensional inspection using appropriate measuring instruments.
Inspect powder coating quality, surface finish, and coating defects.
Identify and document quality issues, rejection, and rework.
Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for quality problems.
Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Support Current Product Development (NPD), prototype inspection, and product trials.
Monitor process quality and support continuous improvement activities.
Follow company QMS procedures and quality standards.
