Hiring: Project Manager – Real Estate / Construction exp in High Rise Residential apartments

Location: Bangalore - Devanahalli

Experience: 10 To 15 Years

Qualification: B.E./B. Tech Civil

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Mandatory: High-rise residential apartment project experience.
Manage projects from planning to completion.
Handle project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost and resource management.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitor site execution, quality, safety, progress, and timely project delivery.
Manage project risks, delays, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable knowledge of construction processes and project management.
