Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer to provide operational support for business-critical batch and ETL pipelines, focusing on monitoring, incident triage, troubleshooting, and platform stability.

Key Responsibilities
Provide operational oversight for daily and overnight batch workloads running 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
Diagnose and resolve production incidents impacting IBM DataStage ETL jobs and dependent data flows.
Support and maintain Apache Spark and Delta Lake processing pipelines for performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot PostgreSQL and IBM Db2 issues, including connectivity, query performance, and service availability.




Manage workload orchestration in Control-M, including restarts, dependency handling, and recovery of failed runs.
Conduct RCA for production issues and document findings, mitigations, and preventive actions.
Collaborate with upstream and downstream technology teams during incidents, outages, and major releases.
