We are looking for a detail-oriented R&D; Executive / Senior Executive with 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in pharmaceutical calculations, and skin-related research projects.

Key Responsibilities
Work on skin-related research projects and topical/transdermal formulations .
Conduct research and development activities related to pharmaceutical formulations.
Plan, execute and document laboratory experiments.
Analyze experimental results and prepare research reports.
Support formulation development, optimization and related R&D; activities.
Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, observations and results.
Coordinate with internal teams for R&D-related; activities.
Follow applicable laboratory, quality and safety procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical R&D.;
B.Pharm / M.Pharm qualification.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations.
Experience in skin-related research projects is preferred.
Knowledge of topical/transdermal drug delivery is an advantage.
Positive understanding of pharmaceutical formulations and drug delivery systems.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
