Erection of High and Low voltage power panels, Transformers, Diesel generators, UPS, distribution panels and lighting system as per design.
Erection of Utilities such as Air compressors, Dryers, Chillers, Cooling towers, Water treatment plants, Air Handling Units, VRFs.
Knowledge on requirements about clean room standards.
Coordination with different vendors for erection activities as a primary point of contact.
Identify and monitor the risk factors and ensure the safety compliance.
Exposure to the ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 compliance & local government laws and regulations.
Maintenance, monitoring and Operation of the above utilities after erection.
Post project evaluation and assessment of the quality delivered.
Ability to read the Engineering Drawings of Civil, Structural, Architecture and MEP.
Solid leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in Project management & maintenance
Ability to manage multiple priorities
