Conduct line inspections to ensure product quality during machining processes (CNC, VMC, and other machine shop operations).
Perform layout inspection and measurement of components using gauges, CMM, and other quality instruments.
Read and interpret engineering drawings & machine parts drawings for inspection and approval.
Monitor and maintain adherence to quality standards, tolerances, and specifications in machining operations.
Prepare inspection reports, deviation reports, and corrective action records.
Support in root cause analysis and coordinate with production for corrective & preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and ISO/TS quality standards.
Coordinate with the production team to improve process capability and minimize rejections. Olole & responsibilities
