JOB SUMMARY The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising shop floor production activities, managing manpower, ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, and achieving daily production targets in frozen food manufacturing operations.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Supervision
Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor
Ensure production targets are achieved within timeline
Monitor production processes and maintain workflow efficiency
Coordinate with production executive and maintenance team for smooth operations

Manpower Management
Allocate manpower as per production requirements
Monitor attendance, discipline, and shift management
Guide operators and workers during production activities

Quality & Food Safety
Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, SOP, and hygiene standards




Monitor product quality during production process
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation practices on production floor

Machine & Process Monitoring
Monitor machine operations and report breakdowns immediately
Reduce downtime and minimize production interruptions
Ensure proper utilization of machines and equipment

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain shift production records and daily reports
Record production quantity, wastage, and downtime details
Report production issues to higher management timely

Safety Compliance
Ensure PPE compliance and safety practices on shop floor
Maintain secure and clean working workplace

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
