Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production activities as per production plans and SOPs.
Handle and monitor powder and liquid formulation manufacturing processes.
Ensure proper execution of batch manufacturing and maintain production records.
Monitor manpower, equipment, raw materials and production activities on the shop floor.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs and safety standards.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse and other departments for smooth production.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and batch delays.
Ensure proper cleaning, line clearance and housekeeping of production areas.
Maintain required documentation and production reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or related field.
2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/production.
Robust hands-on knowledge of pharma formulations – powder and liquid.
Experience in batch manufacturing and production documentation.
Knowledge of GMP, SOPs and pharmaceutical production processes.
Valuable team-handling and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
