Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced R&D; qualified with solid hands-on expertise in the development, process optimization, and scale-up of iron compounds and iron complexes. The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with ferric and ferrous iron chemistry, laboratory development, pilot-scale batches, analytical evaluation, and technology transfer activities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize processes for iron compounds and iron-based products.
Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale development trials.
Work on reaction optimization, complex formation, precipitation, oxidation/reduction, pH adjustment, and process improvement activities.
Investigate and resolve process challenges related to yield, stability, consistency, and product quality.
Analyze and interpret development data to support process decisions.
Prepare development reports, experimental records, SOPs, and technical documentation.
Support scale-up, validation, and technology transfer activities.
Collaborate with Quality,



Production, and Engineering teams during product development and commercialization.
