Education:
M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry / Chemistry or B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Relevant experience in Pigments, Dyes, Specialty Chemicals, or Chemical Manufacturing preferred.

Experience:
Relevant experience in R&D;/Product Development, preferably in Pigments & Dyes manufacturing.
Experience in scale-up from laboratory to plant production will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead R&D; and current product development activities for pigments, dyes, and specialty chemicals.
Develop and optimize new formulations, processes, and products as per customer and market requirements.
Conduct laboratory trials, analyze results, and optimize product performance, yield, and cost.
Manage scale-up of laboratory products to pilot/production scale and support commercialization.
Troubleshoot quality and process-related issues in coordination with Production and QA/QC teams.
Develop and maintain R&D; procedures, formulations,



specifications, trial reports, and technical documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and raw-material optimization.
Guide and supervise R&D; chemists/technicians and allocate project responsibilities.
Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Purchase, and Marketing/Sales teams for product development and trials.
Ensure laboratory activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on recent technologies, raw materials, applications, and developments in the pigments and dyes industry.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
