Project Engineer / Site Engineer – Residential Projects
Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore

Employment: Full time
Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities for residential projects.
Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the project site.
Ensure quality of construction work and adherence to project standards.
Review drawings and resolve technical/site-related issues.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify deviations or defects.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Check measurements, quantities, and material usage.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction regulations.
Coordinate with the Project Manager/Construction Manager and provide regular project updates.
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
5–7 years of relevant experience in residential construction projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction, site execution, finishing works, drawings, and measurements.
Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Experience in handling contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in apartment, villa, or other residential projects preferred.
