Role Summary:

Responsible for complete execution of fabrication and structural erection projects, ensuring timely delivery with quality, safety, and cost control. Coordination across fabrication shop, vendors, and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare project schedule, manpower plan, and execution strategy.
Coordinate drawings, BOQ, revisions, RFIs with engineering/consultant.
Supervise fabrication processes: cutting, fit-up, welding, blasting, painting.
Ensure site erection safety: lifting plans, crane coordination, rigging methods.
Control materials, manpower, subcontractors.
Plan Contractor site allocation.
Prepare Project cost estimation.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, MOMs, and client updates.
Billing, measurements,



variation claims, and final documentation.
Manage workforce allocation, material planning, and cost control.
Provide Technical Guidance on Fabrication Structure.

Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Mech/Civil/Production.
10 yrs in fabrication & erection projects.
Robust knowledge of QA/QC, drawings, welding, site safety.
