Suggest solutions to identified product problems.
Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.
Oversee continuous improvement projects.
Prepare quality data and identify key KPIs for product quality.
Prepare and present reports and metrics to QA Manager.
Assist to QA Manager for developing quality control process and set requirements for raw materials.
Assist to QA Manager in production plans for recent products with a focus on quality.
Ensuring products are designed with adherence to safety stand
Working with teams to provide recommendations and solutions to quality issues.




Assessing and reviewing all materials provided by suppliers to ensure overall quality.
Investigating root causes of defects and recommending solutions for quality issues.
Preventive and Corrective actions for non-conformity and address customer complaint.
To explain the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
Assist to QA Manager for resolving the quality-related issues in a timely manner.
