Job Summary

Contemporary Eye Care Nursing Home, Buddha Park, Kalyani is looking for a confident, well-spoken, and responsible Receptionist to join our team.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates who have good verbal communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude toward learning. The candidate will be responsible for handling reception activities, assisting patients and visitors, managing calls, and supporting routine administrative work.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and messages.
Provide basic information and guide patients/visitors appropriately.
Manage appointments and maintain basic records.
Perform computer-based data entry and documentation.
Handle MS Word, Excel, email, and other routine office applications.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other team members when required.
Maintain a neat, organized, and skilled reception area.
Support day-to-day administrative and front-desk activities.

Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.




Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Email, and Internet.
