Responsibilities
Perform functional and in-circuit testing of PCBs.
Troubleshoot defective boards and identify root causes.
Prepare test procedures, checklists, and quality records.
Support NPI, test setups, and DFT improvements.
Ensure production and quality standards are met.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment.
Identify process improvements to improve yield and efficiency.
Train technicians on testing and quality processes.
Requirements
PCB testing or electronics production experience.
Knowledge of microcontroller testing and firmware flashing.
Robust understanding of analogue, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
Hands-on experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analysers.
Knowledge of ESD, soldering/rework, and PCB schematics.
Experience with ATE or functional test jigs is a plus.
Valuable troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
