Qualification: Diploma in Interior Design / Civil Engineering
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Engineer with hands-on experience in commercial and office interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical knowledge of interior works, the ability to interpret drawings, and experience in project execution, site coordination, and quality monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and monitor office/commercial interior fit-out projects as per approved drawings and timelines.
Review and interpret architectural and interior drawings, ensuring accurate implementation on site.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
Conduct site measurements and ensure accuracy in quantity assessments.
Supervise on-site teams and ensure work is carried out as per design specifications and safety standards.
Track project progress, material delivery, and work completion schedules.
Identify and resolve site-level issues promptly.
Maintain daily site reports, measurement sheets, and work progress documentation.
Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
Knowledge of BOQ verification and basic project costing will be an advantage.
Preferred Background:
Diploma in Interior Design or Civil Engineering.
3–4 years of experience in executing and managing commercial or office interior fit-out works.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
