Role & responsibilities
Assist in daily production activities as per the production plan.
Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Monitor production processes and machine operations.
Support machine operators and production supervisors.
Check product quality during the production process.
Maintain production records, checklists, and reports. .
Identify and report production issues, machine abnormalities, or quality problems.
Assist in reducing production downtime, rejection, and material wastage.
Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the production area.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments when required.
Learn company processes, equipment, and production standards.
