Coordinate and monitor day-to-day civil project execution activities.
Coordinate with workers, supervisors, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution.
Maintain JCB, machinery, and equipment logs and monitor equipment utilization.
Prepare and process work orders as required for project activities.
Prepare and send purchase requisitions (PRs) for project materials and requirements.
Coordinate with the purchase/procurement team for timely material availability.
Coordinate material requirements, delivery schedules, and availability with project teams.
Track manpower requirements and coordinate deployment as required.
Follow up on project-related activities and ensure timely completion.
Maintain project-related records, reports, logs, and documentation.
Coordinate between the office, site teams, vendors, contractors, and other departments.




Support project managers/engineers in day-to-day planning and execution activities.
Identify execution-related requirements and communicate them to the concerned team.
Perform other project coordination and administrative activities related to civil project execution.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of basic civil engineering and project execution activities.
Positive coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple project requirements simultaneously.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other basic office applications.
Valuable follow-up and documentation skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with workers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Willingness to take responsibility for day-to-day project requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
