Role & responsibilities:
Develop responsive and scalable web applications using React.js.
Build reusable and maintainable UI components.
Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into technical solutions.
Integrate REST APIs and handle asynchronous operations and errors.
Implement state management using Redux/ Redux Toolkit/ Context API.
Optimize application performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
Troubleshoot production issues and deliver quality fixes.
Follow coding standards, security best practices, and frontend architecture guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.

Preferred candidate profile:
5+ years of hands-on experience in React.js
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Positive understanding of React Hooks,



component lifecycle, and component-based architecture.
Experience with Redux or equivalent state-management frameworks.
Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/ HTTPS, authentication, and authorization.
Experience with Git, npm, Vite/ Webpack, ESLint, and Prettier.
Experience with Jest/ React Testing Library.
Knowledge of responsive design and UI frameworks such as Bootstrap/ Material UI/ Tailwind CSS.
Robust debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Positive to have:
Experience with AWS and Java SpringBoot.
Knowledge of CI/ CD, Docker, frontend security, accessibility, and performance optimization.
Experience working in Agile/ Scrum teams and enterprise applications.
