Record customer details and maintain visitor/customer records.
Assist customers with basic information about showroom products, offers, services, and facilities.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.
Manage customer waiting areas and ensure a comfortable experience.
Receive and direct visitors, appointments, and business enquiries.
Support customer feedback and complaint communication to the concerned department.
Assist with basic administrative and front-office activities.
Maintain proper grooming, qualified appearance, and courteous communication at all times.
Follow showroom policies, customer service standards, and security procedures.
