Closely Inspection of in process glasses as per the Work order
Controlling on rejection by timely monitoring in process glasses
Controlling of breakages with why-why analysis
Decision making in the case of rejection / Hold
Active Part in Mock Up Sample inspection
Daily check sheet & documents control
Support to rework the defected glass / GRN etc.
Control on deviation
Maintain defected material aside as QC Hold/ Reject
Maintaining Quality Culture inside plant.
Active participation in 5 S Kaizen etc. activity
Monitor all are wearing Safety PPE’s in the factory premises
Making defective glasses claim to the concern supplies
Train operators / awareness for quality product and machine parameters
100% system compliances in shift

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
