Roles and Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize scalable Generative AI solutions leveraging RAG, Chatbots, and Agentic workflows.
Develop secure, high-throughput RESTful APIs and backend microservices using FastAPI and asynchronous Python (asyncio).
Integrate relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) via SQLAlchemy ORM and configure vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone) for AI applications.
Containerize backend applications using Docker and deploy services on Kubernetes and OpenShift settings.
Collaborate within cross-functional Agile teams to deliver clean, maintainable code following established CI/CD and DevOps standards.
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, conduct technical code reviews, and drive best practices across the development lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience: 8 to 12 years in core software engineering and Python-based application development.
Technical Capabilities: Python, FastAPI, Asyncio, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, pgvector, Pinecone, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CD.

Nice to Have: Functional experience or familiarity with Java development.
