We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for the timely completion of our hotel project, currently under MEP and interior execution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate closely with Architect, MEP consultants, Interior Designer, Contractors & Vendors.
Drive day-to-day site execution and ensure work progresses as per the approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare and monitor project timelines, milestones and daily/weekly targets.
Identify site issues, coordinate resolutions and ensure decisions are implemented without delays.
Monitor quality, workmanship, material deliveries and contractor performance.
Ensure proper coordination between Civil, MEP, Interiors, Furniture, Fixtures & Finishing works.
Conduct regular site meetings and provide explicit progress updates to the owner/management.
Take complete ownership of achieving the project completion deadline.
