Project Planning
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Identify and assess project risks specific to jewelry manufacturing/retail processes, and develop mitigation strategies.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with jewelry industry workflows.
Project Execution
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress across implementation stages.
Ensure that project work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Project Monitoring and Control
Track project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Monitor project budget, schedule, and scope, and report on project performance.
Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans.
Stakeholder Management
Communicate project status, issues, and changes to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and sponsors.




Manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure that their needs are met.
Quality Assurance
Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Develop and implement quality assurance processes, and monitor project quality.

Requirements
Mandatory: Proven hands-on expertise in jewelry ERP software OR substantial direct experience working in the jewelry industry.
Any degree (B.Tech, BSc, BA, etc.).
3+ years of experience in project management.
Proven track record of managing projects efficiently.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and adapt to changing project requirements.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
