Key Responsibilities
Develop modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js.
Build reusable and scalable UI components.
Convert UI/UX designs into responsive web interfaces.
Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or similar solutions.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
Ensure cross-browser and responsive compatibility.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
Debug and resolve application issues and production bugs.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.




Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.

Required Skills
1–2 years of hands-on experience in React.js development.
Robust knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of React.js, components, hooks, props, and state management.
Experience with Redux / Context API.
Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience integrating REST APIs.
Understanding of responsive web design.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
Positive debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Good to Have
Experience with Next.js.
Knowledge of Node.js / Express.js.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment.
Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Bootstrap, or similar UI frameworks.
Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.
Experience working on CRM, HRMS, ERP, or enterprise applications.
