A QC (Quality Control) Inspector is responsible for inspecting materials, components, products, and processes to ensure they meet specified quality standards, drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities
Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and finished products.
Perform dimensional and visual inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and height gauges.
Check products against engineering drawings, specifications, quality standards, and inspection procedures.
Identify and document non-conformities, defects, and deviations.
Prepare inspection reports, quality records, check sheets, and other QC documentation.
Conduct in-process inspections at different stages of production.
Perform final inspection before products are released or dispatched.




Verify that measuring and testing equipment is properly calibrated and within calibration validity.
Coordinate with production, engineering, stores, and quality teams to resolve quality issues.

Review drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.
Inspect incoming materials or production parts.
Take dimensional measurements and perform visual checks.

Key Skills Required
Knowledge of quality control and inspection methods
Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T;
Knowledge of measuring instruments
Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality procedures
Inspection report and documentation skills
Problem-solving and attention to detail

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
