CTC: Up to ₹5.70 LPA (depending on experience and company norms)

We are hiring experienced professionals for the Life Insurance – Agency Channel. The role involves developing an agency network, recruiting and managing Insurance Advisors/Agents, and achieving business targets through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage Insurance Advisors/Agents.
Build and develop a strong agency network.
Generate business through agents and achieve sales targets.
Train, motivate, and support agents on products and sales processes.
Develop recent business opportunities through agent relationships and referrals.
Monitor agent performance and improve productivity.
Conduct regular meetings, field visits, and performance reviews.
Maintain strong relationships with existing agents.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and quality of business.
Achieve assigned premium, case count, and revenue targets.

Candidate Profile




Graduation preferred/mandatory as per company norms.
1–5 years of experience in Life Insurance / Banking / BFSI / Sales.
Candidates with Agency Channel, Direct Sales, or Banca experience may be considered.
Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
Positive sales and business-development abilities.
Knowledge of the local market and customer handling.
Comfortable with field sales and agent recruitment.
