Working Days: Monday to Friday
Experience: 0–1 Year | Freshers with relevant HR internship experience can apply
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Foundit, Apna, Job Hai, Cutshort and other job portals
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Work on internal hiring as well as client requirements
Manage onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers, attendance and HR records
Assist with Offer Letters, Experience Letters, Relieving Letters and other HR documentation
Coordinate with colleges and placement cells for internship/fresher hiring
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities
Requirements
• 0–1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment
Freshers with relevant HR/Recruitment internship experience are welcome
Positive verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals will be preferred
Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
