About the Role

We're looking for a QA Tester to validate product quality across web and mobile OS platforms, and assess performance under load, ensuring a consistent, reliable experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities
Test functionality, UI, and regression across web OS (Windows, macOS etc.) and browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge etc.)
Test across mobile OS platforms (iOS, Android) on diverse devices, screen sizes, and OS versions
Maintain a compatibility test matrix; log OS/device-specific defects with clear repro steps
Design and run load/stress tests to evaluate performance under normal and peak traffic; identify bottlenecks
Use cloud device platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs) and load testing tools (JMeter, k6, or similar)
Log and track bugs in Jira/Azure DevOps; maintain test cases, coverage reports,



and performance summaries
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with dev teams on fixes

Required Skills
1–3 years in QA/testing, with exposure to cross-browser/OS and performance testing
Hands-on experience with at least one load testing tool (JMeter, k6, etc.)
Familiarity with device cloud testing tools and mobile app testing basics (permissions, notifications)
Experience with bug tracking tools and Agile/Scrum workflows
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Positive to Have
Automation exposure (Selenium, Cypress, Appium)
Basic monitoring tool knowledge (Grafana, New Relic)
ISTQB Foundation certification

Education
Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
