Role Description
Compiling the data from area office level as per the guideline from H.O.
Analyse progress on activities as per actions planned and intervene incase of deviations, so that target achievement is complete in time.
3.Facilitate Zo team with solutions in order to ensure target achievement for the Zone
Validate the analysis sent by field team
Budget preparation control.
Help AO analysis of complicated issues.
Compilation of Best Practices Sharing them.
Coordination of review meet held in area office.
Follow-up with TMs for CC closure.
Coordinate with HO for a solution or execution.
Dealer Network coordination.
Collecting the competitor information from area office level.
Predict target achievements based on current enablers and trend of CPs.
Plan meetings escalations around critical subjects.
Analysis on scope for improvement.
Release newletters periodically.
Coordination for Zonal meet.
18.PDCA of recent initiatives taken for better results and feedback to HO on shortcomings
