About the Role
We are looking for a QC Engineer to independently inspect and ensure the quality of elevator installation and service work before customer handover. The role involves site audits, documentation, snag verification, and compliance checks.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 100% QC inspection of elevator installations before handover.
Check alignment, levelling, doors, safety circuits, ride quality and workmanship.
Verify compliance with IS 17900:2022 and applicable lift regulations.
Conduct stage-wise site inspections and identify quality/safety issues.
Prepare inspection reports, snag lists and photographic documentation.
Track and re-verify snag closures before final clearance.
Conduct quality audits of AMC/service work.
Report recurring quality issues and improvement prospects to management.
