Reporting to Manager regarding on the job duties.
Issuance of BMR/ BMP & Cleaning record to production day to day.
Review of BMR, BPR, analytical record and cleaning record.
Attaining the FG sampling, product label and seal verification while dispatch.
Support for customer Questionnaire compilation.
Document readiness for audit.
Need base work allocated by the senior.
Supporting during Audits for quick retrieval of documents.
PPE wherever applicable
Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
Report any incident / accident / near miss / illness to the superiors.
Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors.
And any other job as may be assigned to you from time to time.
Also responsible for the work of his senior in the absence of senior.
