Quality/Project Consultant – EyeHospital

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Consultant to support and strengthen quality management, NABH standards, documentation, audits, risk management, and continuous quality improvement and CSR project management

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor the hospital's Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure compliance with applicable NABH standards, hospital policies, statutory requirements, and patient safety practices.
Conduct regular internal quality audits across clinical and non-clinical departments.
Develop, review, and standardize SOPs, policies, protocols, checklists, forms, and quality documentation.
Develop CSR Brand proposals
Any other work assigned by the Director

Qualifications




Bachelor's/Master's degree in Healthcare/Hospital Administration, Quality Management, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience in ophthalmology/eye hospital quality management will be preferred.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of NABH standards and hospital quality processes.
Robust documentation and report-writing skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and quality dashboards/MIS.

Compensation To be discussed as per knowledge and skills of the candidates Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
